BACKGROUND

MY EXPERIENCE

I have nineteen years of hands on experience in construction business. I have built my own house from foundation up. I have extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, framing and other trades that are related to building a house. I have been running my successful  home repair business for the last eighteen years.

 

MY EDUCATION

Not only I have hands on experience in construction business, but also I have studied construction in college. In addition to my home inspection certification,  I am federal OSHA and first aid certified. In addition , I have certificates in computer fields, such as Cisco Systems, Microsoft server, workstation and computer repair. I still continue my education to better myself in my field.

WHY SHOULD YOU HIRE ME

Because I know houses inside/out. Because I am not  someone who has just passed the exam and received a certification. I know how things work, I have built them, I have installed them, I know how it needs to be done.

Also, I always put pride in my work. My goal is to do my job in the best way possible and keep my customers satisfied and happy.

NOTE: I will get on your house's roof and in the attic and crawl space if, possible and SAFE.

ABOUT THE REPORTS

Report writing

I use one of the best report writing softwares available. The report will be very easy to understand. The report will have lots of pictures  with simple but, detailed explanation. Not endless paragraphs to read. I will use electronic tools such as moisture meter, gas leak detector, CO detector and other tools to help me in my diagnosis.

Please have in mind that this is a sample report and not an actual report. The sample report is to show you the layout and give you an idea on how your report may look like. The wording will be different in every report.

A PROPER MATERIAL DEFECT COMMENT SHOULD CONTAIN THREE ELEMENTS.
